• Your review answers: information about your business, the technology you use, approximate costs, usage and goals.
• Your diagnosis: the scores, estimates and recommendations generated from your answers, and the next step you choose.
• Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by our website platform.

How we use it

• To generate your diagnosis and send you a copy of your results.
• To respond to requests you make, such as asking for implementation help.
• To send you relevant follow-up about your diagnosis and the Builder community. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand, in aggregate, what businesses need so we can improve our services and resources.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website, store data and send email, and — if you ask for implementation help — with specialists we engage to scope or deliver that work, who are required to keep it confidential. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your results link

Your results page is reached through a unique link. It includes your first name, business name and answers, but not your email address. Anyone you share the link with can view those results.

Storage on your device

When you complete the Builder Stack Review, or confirm your email on your results page, your browser’s local storage keeps your first name, business name, email address and a review reference on your device. This lets us record the next step you choose on your results page, including when you reopen your results later in the same browser, without asking for your details again. It is used only for that purpose and stays until you clear your browser’s site data.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@techstackbuilders.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
