Before implementation begins, we agree in writing on the core job the technology needs to perform and how we’ll verify that it works. If it isn’t doing that job, we keep working on it at no additional TechStack Builders implementation fee until it does.
We don’t hand you a half-working system and move on.
If, after reviewing the issue with you, we reasonably determine there is no workable solution, we’ll refund the applicable TechStack Builders implementation fee, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions. Eligible paid implementations only; issues must first be reported during implementation or within 30 days of go-live.
